Please ensure you print out and include our return form and carefully re-fold your item to avoid stress on the packaging. There’s no rush and when you come to return your item, it’s super easy following the steps below:
1 - Turn the delivery bag inside out or use a new bag if appropriate.
2 - Print and fill out our returns form here completing all sections.
Please note: If you do not have a printer, write your name, address and original order number on a separate piece of paper and include in the package with the item/s you are returning instead of using the return form in the link above.

3 - Enclose the form (ensuring you cut out the address label first), then include the packaged item, instructions and if applicable, any accessories/gift enclosures.
4 - Seal the bag and attach the address label which you'll find on your returns form. Unless faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

TERMS OF REFUND: Safe return of your item/s within 60-days of receipt (30-days for a full refund and up to 60-days for a credit refund) showing no visible signs of use and in a ‘brand new’ resalable condition with all packaging, accessories and instructions included.
We appreciate that items will normally be removed from the box and tried on but any visible signs of prolonged use will deem an item ‘used’ and not applicable for refund.
When re-packaging your item, please ensure care is taken to re-fold neatly as over stuffing may cause damage in transit to the box or product itself, leading to the item being returned in an unsatisfactory condition and not applicable for refund.
If a product is received showing either visible signs of wear or not including the associated product enclosures (accessories/manuals), or with an extensively damaged box, Boba UK reserve the right to ‘return to sender’ or apply at the discretion of the Dispatch Manager, a £5 administration fee.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit and therefore recommend customers use a signed-for service and retain proof of postage.
We are happy to offer a like-4-like exchange (same product but different colour/print) assuming your returned item meets the ‘terms of refund’ shown above, and includes the return form here
Please return your item for an exchange within 60-days of receipt. We would also advise contacting us in advance to check your alternative colour choice is still in-stock.
On receipt of your returned item, we will ensure your requested exchange is dispatched within 1-working day.
Faulty or damaged items
We apologise if your order has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition.
If an item is found to be faulty or damaged when received, please inform our customer service team immediately. We will then provide a pre-paid return label and on receipt of the faulty item, a like-4-like replacement will be dispatched within 1-working day. If the item is out of stock, you will be invited to choose an alternative colour/print or request a full refund so you can purchase the item elsewhere.
2 Year Warranty**
All carriers sold by Boba UK are covered by a 2-year warranty against defect in materials or workmanship. We stand behind the products we sell and will either repair your carrier or provide a like-4-like replacement (assuming your product/print choice is still available) but if not, you would be invited to choose an alternative print or offered a full refund.
Proof of purchase from an authorised Boba retailer (or this website) is also required and should display your name. If you received your Boba carrier/accessory as a gift, please ask your friend/colleague to register the claim.
Free Gifts with Goods
Sometimes at Boba UK, we offer free gifts with a purchase. This is considered part of the purchase package so if your order is unwanted, we kindly ask that you also return your gift. This is not applicable if returning an item for warranty exchange.
If the item you return was purchased as part of a bundle offer, then the multi-buy discount will no longer be applicable and your refund will be adapted to ensure the full RRP is payable on the items you keep.

How long will it take to be refunded?
In normal circumstances, refunds are processed within 5-working days of a return being received by our warehouse but at present, we are putting items into quarantine for 7-days and therefore, refunds can take up to 10 working days (2-weeks), assuming on inspection, the items meet the terms of refund outlined above.
Late or missing refunds?
If you are concerned you have not been refunded, could we invite you to double-check recent credits to your account (credit card/Paypal/bank account) and if it appears your refund is delayed or may have been credited incorrectly, please do not hesitate to contact our team who will work with you to quickly resolve.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
